Hummus

Ingredients
100ml tahini
30 mL (2 tablespoons) lemon juice
30 mL (2 tablespoons) olive oil

2.5 mL (1/2 teaspoon) garlic granules (OR 1 crushed garlic clove)
5 mL (1 teaspoon) ground cumin
5 mL (1 teaspoon) paprika
1.25 mL (1/4 teaspoon) salt (or more to taste)

200g soaked and boiled chickpeas (= 88 g dry? Check)
75 mL (5 tablespoons) water (or as necessary for right consistency)

Directions
This is, more or less, a matter of blending the ingredients together in a food processor. Mix in intervals, and use a spatula in-between to get the bits off the sides so that you get a homogeneous mixture.

Put the tahini, lemon juice and olive oil in the food processor, and mix well. Add the spices (garlic, cumin, paprika and salt) with (roughly) half the chickpeas and half the water, and blend well. Add the rest of the chickpeas and and blend to a smooth mixture again while adding the rest of the water.
