Joint remedy

I should start by saying I have a lot of doubts about this and haven't tried it yet, but I decided to put it here anyway for the record:

I got this recipe from a Romanian lady I was talking to about pains in my ankles and joints. She said this recipe was created by a Dr Andrei Laslau, whom she considers amazing. I tried looking him up, but all resources are in Romanian, so I couldn't really form an opinion.

By the way, I think I found the actual blog post where she got this recipe from, but I still couldn't figure out how credible this guy is. Interestingly, the blog post mentions specifically knees (according, at least, to Google Translate), although this lady was recommending it for my ankles.

Ingredients
4 tablespoons sesame
2 tablespoons gelatine
8 tablespoons flaxseed
200 g honey
40 g pumpking seed
3 tablespoon raisins

Directions
Blend all the ingredients well (e.g., in the NutriBullet), and refrigerate. Take one tablespoon before each meal.

Note: according to Google Translate, again, Laslau's blog post says to take a tablespoon before breakfast and lunch, not every meal like she told me.
