Chicken marinade

This is my own marinade for chicken. I usually marinate chicken thighs (about 1 - 1.25 kg) and roast them in the oven (180 deg C for about 40 minutes), but this marinade can be used for different cuts or meats, barbecuing etc.

Ingredients
¼ teaspoon (1.25 ml) garlic granules

½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) LoSalt (low-sodium, KCl salt)
½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) black pepper

½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) ginger powder
½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) chili powder

1 teaspoon (5 ml) cumin
1 teaspoon (5 ml) turmeric
1 teaspoon (5 ml) paprika

2 teaspoons (10 ml) water
2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil

Directions
Put all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well until there's a uniform, thick liquid / paste. Rub on raw chicken to cover well. Marinate the meat for at least half an hour (but the longer, the better) before cooking.
